6. Payments

If the Platform offers subscription features or paid upgrades, you agree to pay applicable charges. Payments are non-refundable once a subscription is activated unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Mafiapal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, business interruption, or other losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in dispute or INR 100, whichever is lower.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mafiapal, its team members, partners, affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or losses arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

Mafiapal shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, server failures, or network outages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
